What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email and phone number, and a record of what you bought. We do not store card details — payments are handled by our processor, and we only ever see the last four digits.

We also collect anonymous analytics: pages viewed, products added to a bag, and the country you are browsing from. This is used to improve the shop, not to build a profile of you.

Cookies

We use two kinds of cookie: essential ones that keep your bag and session working, and analytics cookies you can refuse. There is no advertising network on this site, and no third-party tracking pixels.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for six years for tax purposes. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is aggregated after 14 months.

Your rights

You can request a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Sharing

We share your address with the carrier and your payment details with the processor. That is the whole list. We do not sell data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
