Terms of sale
The agreement between you and Shecme when you place an order.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If a piece sells out between checkout and dispatch, we will cancel that line and refund it in full.
Pricing
Prices are shown in US dollars and include duties and taxes for all destinations. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, and will always contact you before charging a corrected amount.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. If a parcel is more than ten working days late, you may cancel the order for a full refund.
Returns
You may return any unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free. Faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded at your choice for two years.
Intellectual property
All photography, copy and designs on this site are the property of Shecme Studio. Product photography in this demo is used with attribution to chicme.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
